Thomas Andrén

Biography

Thomas Andrén is a producer, engineer and musician in Gothenburg. At Studio Oodion he works across recording, mixing and mastering, within a studio culture rooted in Music A Matic and Tredje Långgatan.

Barbarisms have returned to Thomas when their own recordings needed their final form. He mastered 2016’s Browser and 2021’s Zugzwang at Studio Oodion.

The work at Oodion reaches through Gothenburg’s independent music scene. Thomas recorded and mixed Castlewoods’ album Penguin, and mixed Slowgold’s Kärlek with Amanda Werne.

Thomas mastered Barbarisms’ albums Browser and Zugzwang at Studio Oodion. He also plays on Baptiste W. Hamon’s recording with Tom Skantze.
